I applied for funds from the Energy Agency to get help to get started. But as usual, it is rejected. 

They end their rejections with the well-known wording: Decisions made on the basis of an applied regulation cannot be appealed.
 
A strange procedure and one can wonder if they know what they are doing at the Energy Agency.
